Why do I feel this way?

One of the common frustrations I face with environmental allergies is a lack of clarity on what is causing my symptoms. The way I feel varies from day-to-day and even hour-to-hour. When I get stuffy or my eyes feel dry or I am exceptionally tired or have a sudden headache, it's nearly impossible to know what's causing it. Sometimes it may not even be the allergies causing it, but there's no way to know. Or if I was allergic to just a couple things, it may be easier to pinpoint the cause.

As a control freak strong-willed person, I have an intense desire to know why.

  1. I think your frustration is very common with allergy sufferers. I think the thing to keep in perspective is that you have a treatment plan in place and there is hope for a solution. Many people go years suffering through without the knowledge of what is causing their discomfort. Perhaps over time you can begin pinpointing your trigger's , which may bring to light circumstances you should avoid.
